My name is Charma Spanner and I am an integrative counsellor with over 30 years’ experience in working with individuals and couples. I work from my home and I have a quiet room where we will not be disturbed. I am based in the quiet picturesque village of Bleadon, Weston-Super-Mare.
I value your privacy so I work in accordance with the regulations known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
My approach is impartial, accepting and empathic. I am able to work through a range of issues in a way that is right for you. Working ‘integratively’ means that I work with individuals and couples across the three main approaches to counselling and psychotherapy.

Professional Membership
I am an accredited member with the National Counselling Society (NCS) and I am also a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within both of their ethical frameworks for good practice.
I am trained as Cognitive Analytical therapist (CAT). I am also highly trained in addiction therapy and relationship counselling. I undertake continuous professional development and partake in regular supervision to enhance and maintain my skills and knowledge to help develop and focus my practice, this ensures that I am working ethically, and to the best of my abilities with my clients.
